Need Some Rest?

After all we try to battle in our lives on our own strength, we can get pretty tired and worn out.  It’s not just due to our modern pace, it has always been true.  We weren’t built to do this life thing on our own.  Jesus offers us rest that recovers our soul and gives us a free life.  Need some rest?

There is a Time - Tommy Coats

The Bible tells us in Ecclesiastes that there is a time for everything under the sun.  One of our students brings this message to us to encourage us to redeem our time because we never know when our time will run out.  When our last minute on earth is up, will we be ready?

Save Yo’ Drama for Yo’ Mama - Session 3: Hatred

Every day we deal with drama.  So and so said such and such about so and so and so and so doing such and such, which wasn’t even true, and I just really hate that!  It seems to go on and on.  God teaches us in His Word that through Him we can rise above the drama in our lives.  By standing on truth, refusing gossip and loving God and people, we can tell the world to Save Yo’ Drama for Yo’ Mama!

Save Yo’ Drama for Yo’ Mama - Session 1: Lying

Every day we deal with drama.  So and so said such and such about so and so and so and so doing such and such, which wasn’t even true, and I just really hate that!  It seems to go on and on.  God teaches us in His Word that through Him we can rise above the drama in our lives.  By standing on truth, refusing gossip and loving God and people, we can tell the world to Save Yo’ Drama for Yo’ Mama!

Every week, students are challenged by God’s Word to continue to become the person God created them to be.   The messages cover a broad spectrum of the Christian life.  Combining humor with God’s message of love and instruction, we pray these messages will spur you on to a deeper faith in Christ.
